Each student is registered online by a parent or guardian through a Parent Portal. It is the responsibility of the student’s family to make sure that this information is kept current. There is an annual registration fee of $50.00 for a single student, or $100 Maximum family. This covers liability/medical insurance. This fee is due at the start of classes in September, or whenever a new student enrolls in the program.

Tuition is due prior to each month.
Tuition is billed monthly.
Billing statements hard copies are available upon request. A current email address is required for enrollment.
Please make sure and check your statements to ensure accuracy of tuition and contact information.
A Credit card must be entered in the Parent Portal for enrollment. Please contact the office if this poses a problem to work out a financial agreement.
A $5 late fee will be posted to all accounts not paid on the monthly due date.
A $5 fee will be assessed for all bounced or rejected checks or credit cards.
Unpaid Tuition will result in discontinued enrollment on the 1st of the unpaid month.
IGA accepts cash, check or credit card for monthly payments.
Our enrollment runs throughout the year.
We do not refund tuition for illness, holidays, vacations or inclement weather.
Additional classes per week and sibling enrollment receive 10% off.
Military discount for veteran or active duty is available for 1st time members. Discount includes, 50% off membership fee and $50 off 1st Month of tuition. Must show I.D.
1. Automatic credit card payment with card on file on the 25th of each month.
2. Cash or check delivered to the office or mailed to 1625 Exchange St. Astoria, OR 97103. Checks payable to IGA.
3. Partial or full payment by a credit card not in Parent Portal.
Any tuition payment not received by the 25th of each month will automatically be charged to credit card on file in the Parent Portal unless you have contacted the office to set up a financial agreement for that month.
DISCONTINUATION OF ENROLLMENT
Email our ED Nancy Taylor at firstname.lastname@example.org if your student is discontinuing enrollment in classes. Tuition is the responsibility of the family until notice is given. Dis-enrollment must be requested prior to the 25th of each month via Email only or you will be charged for the classes in that month. Tuition WILL NOT be pro-rated or refunded.
All reasonable care will be taken to prevent accidents. There are risks involved with the sport of gymnastics, and there is the chance of injury regardless of safety measures used. In the event of an injury, parents or guardians will be notified. A parent or guardian, listed upon registration in the parent portal needs to be present or available by phone while their student is in class. All gymnasts parent or guardian must agree to our Liability Waiver and policies upon registration in the Parent Portal, which needs to be updated if there are any changes.

Infinity Gymnastics Academy's mission is to develop life long skills of strength, confidence, character and self-esteem. IGA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, offering scholarship opportunity to our members and children with financial needs including tuition assistance, tuition scholarship and tuition Sponsorship.
At IGA we recognize the strength and benefits that the sport of gymnastics provides to children of all ages and abilities. Most importantly, we recognize the opportunity we have to serve the children in our community.
